Pricing

Every restaurant is different, so we'll give you a price after a short conversation. Here's how it works.
A monthly subscription
One predictable monthly price for the ordering site, the Order Desk and the owner portal.
No cut of your menu prices
Where a service fee applies, it's shown to the customer and added to their bill — not taken out of your food prices.
Your money goes to you
Customers pay you directly at pickup. We never hold your sales.

The honest answers
Can customers pay online?
Not yet. Credit card payments are in development. Today every order is paid at pickup, however you already take payment — cash, card machine or anything else.
Do you take table reservations?
Not yet. Table reservations are in development. Today BahamaConnects handles pickup ordering.
Do you do delivery?
No. BahamaConnects is built for pickup orders.
Do I need my own website?
No. You get your own ordering page at yourname.bahamaconnects.com. If you already have a domain, we can point it at your ordering site instead.
What do I need at the restaurant?
Any tablet or computer with a web browser and an internet connection for the Order Desk. There's nothing to install.
What happens when we get too busy?
Tap Pause Orders on the Order Desk. Online ordering stops until you resume, and your menu stays visible with a note asking customers to call.
What about holidays?
Add closures or special hours ahead of time. Customers can't order for a time you're closed.
We have more than one location. Does that work?
Yes. Each location has its own hours, and customers choose where they're picking up. Staff logins can be limited to their own branch.
Is VAT handled?
Yes. VAT is worked out on every order, with different rates for different items if you need them.
We use GloriaFood. Can we keep our history?
Yes. When you switch, we bring your past GloriaFood orders across, so your regulars are still recognised as regulars.
How much does it cost?
